CENTRAL POINT — Home health services provider Signature Home Health has earned the second-highest ranking in Oregon by the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems Home Health Care Survey.
The Home Health Care survey measures the experiences of people receiving home health care from Medicare-certified home health agencies and quality of care information. It weighs patient feedback on an agency's availability of care, communication between patient and clinician, patient willingness to recommend the home health agency's services and takes into account patient demographic questions.
Signature Home Health's center on S. Front Street, administered by Autumn Mercer, placed in the 94th percentile nationally.
