  • DO YOU HEAR WEDDING BELLS? — Start making those wedding plans and support a good cause at the same time with the "Fall 2013 Ultimate Bridal Show" from 4 to 9 tonight at the Jackson County Expo, 1 Peninger Road, Central Point.
    The event will allow couples to talk to more than 50 wedding professionals. Admission is $2, and free for those 15 and younger. Proceeds will benefit Women's Crisis Support Team. See www.ultimatebridalshow.com.
    SHOW YOUR COLORS AND DANCE — Southern Oregon Pride's fourth annual Pride Festival will begin with a kickoff celebration from 6 to 11 tonight at the Southern Oregon University Stevenson Union Rogue River Room, 1250 Siskiyou Blvd.
    The event will include music from DJ Hope of KISS FM, a drag pageant, local beer and wine and hosted hors d'oeuvres. Tickets cost $20, or $15 for Southern Oregon University students and seniors, and are available at LoveRevolution and Paddington Station. See www.sopride.org.
