    Worship services will begin with contemplative prayer at 9 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, at the church 1801 E. Jackson St., Medford. Worship services and children's school will start at 10 a.m.
    Paster Kurt Katzmar, Gary Brewer and Barbara Haddon will lead an adult study on "Celtic Christianity" on Mondays from Oct. 14 through Nov. 11. Call 541-772-8860.
    A sacred healing meditation will be held at noon Saturday, Oct. 12, at Christ Unity Church, 540 N. Holly St., Medford.
    Rev. Rob Wheeler will give a service on "Steady Progress" at 11 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, at the church.
