  • PAISLEY — The Prospect volleyball team used effective passing and serving to move into a three-way tie for first place in the Mountain Valley League with a 25-17, 26-24, 17-25, 25-22 victory over Paisley on Friday.

  • PAISLEY — The Prospect volleyball team used effective passing and serving to move into a three-way tie for first place in the Mountain Valley League with a 25-17, 26-24, 17-25, 25-22 victory over Paisley on Friday.
    Prospect, Hosanna Christian and Trinity Lutheran are all tied at the top of the standings. The Cougars (10-2, 8-1 MVL) will host Hosanna Christian today.
    Middle hitter Taylor Bernhardt led the Prospect attack with 14 kills and four blocks.
    The Cougars received 19 assists from junior setter Haylee VanWormer and Julia Latona came up with 17 digs. Savanna Breiholz added 16 digs and was 16 of 17 serving with three aces.
