Pants: The North Face "Freedom" shell pants are also waterproof and windproof. The relaxed fit allows for layering. It has front and cargo pockets, as well as interior thigh venting, adjustable waist, kickpatches and reinforced edge guards. $140

Fleece: The North Face "Ventana Quarter-Zip" pullover is a great layering piece made out of special fabric that improves moisture management and temperature regulation. $85
