Felony arrests

  • Drugs — Jesus Matias Vega-Islas, 33, no known address. Oregon State Police on Sunday arrested Vega-Islas on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged Sunday in the Jackson County Jail without bail while his immigration status was reviewed.
  • Assault — Raffie Charles Hoke, 34, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Hoke on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, harassment, coercion and fourth-degree assault. He was lodged Monday in jail on $50,000 bail.
  • Assault — Karin Blythe Stone, 58, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Stone on charges of third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and harassment. She was lodged Monday in jail on $32,000 bail.
  • Elude — Robert Green Daugherty III, 34, of the 900 block of Jackson Creek Drive, Central Point. Central Point police Monday arrested Daugherty on charges of attempt to elude police in a vehicle and on foot, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged Monday in jail on $15,000 bail.
  • Drugs — David Dustin Flowers, 22, of the 700 block of Nobility Drive, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Flowers on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for violating the conditions of his parole on a previous conviction for being an inmate with a weapon. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail.
  • Fugitive — Daphne Darelene Adkinson, 46, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Adkinson on a fugitive warrant out of Alabama. She was lodged Monday in jail on $250,000 bail.
  • Fugitive — Christopher Jerome Chavis, 49, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Chavis on a fugitive warrant out of Alabama and a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged Monday in jail on $255,000 bail.
