8 ounces softened cream cheese
4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
8 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar (may substitute smoked cheddar, provolone or Dubliner with chives
Healthy glug of Worcestershire sauce
Crackers or baguette slices (toasted if possible), for serving

In bowl of a food processor, combine the cream cheese, blue cheese, cheddar and Worcestershire. Blend until cheeses are thoroughly pureed.

Scrape into an attractive bowl and refrigerate until needed. Will keep, refrigerated, for weeks and weeks

Serve with the crackers or toasted baguette slices. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
