Fundraiser event held for Joni and Friends tonight

A fundraising event for Joni and Friends Southern Oregon will be held at 7 tonight at First Baptist Church, 649 Crater Lake Ave., Medford. The event will feature the music of the Rogue Valley Gospel Group and circus entertainment by Jill and Daryl.

St. Mark's Episcopal holds monthly breakfast meeting

The men of St. Mark's Episcopal Church will hold their monthly breakfast meeting at 8 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, at the parish hall, 140 N. Oakdale Ave.

MCUCC events begin with comtemplative prayer

Services at Medford Congregational United Church of Christ begin with contemplative prayer at 9 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 10, at 1801 E. Jackson St. Rev. Kurt Katzmar will give a sermon on "God Woven In and Through" during the worship service at 10 a.m.

RVUUF sermon asks: 'Are We People of Faith?'
