    SKI FOR LESS: The Medford Ski Education Foundation's annual event Ski and Snowboard Swap starts today and runs through Sunday. The bargain-hunter's ball aimed at ski bums of all stripes features new and used winter-sports gear, clothing and accessories. Proceeds support local high-school ski programs. Sales run from 7 to 10 p.m. today; 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at St. Mary's School, 816 Black Oak Drive, Medford.
