    Christian Aviles, St. Mary's boys soccer
    The senior goalie kept the Crusaders in the Class 3A/2A/1A state championship match against eventual 2-1 winner Oregon Episcopal. OES outshot St. Mary's 11-3 on-goal and 8-1 in corner kicks, but Aviles made nine saves.
    Cody Frost-Eisenberg, Ashland football
    The senior all-league defensive lineman made three crucial tackles inside the Grizzlies' 10-yard line to help unbeaten Ashland stave off Roosevelt, 13-7, in the Class 5A state quarterfinals.
    Tristen Holmes, North Medford football
    The junior caught the winning touchdown pass in a 14-9 Class 6A state second-round win over Oregon City, blocked a field goal and, in the waning minutes, made a tackle near the North 10 and broke up a pass in the end zone.
    Seth Knox, Cascade Christian football
    The senior quarterback had a career night throwing for nine touchdowns in a 68-12 rout of Rainier in the Class 3A/2A/1A state quarterfinals. He completed 19 of 24 passes for 353 yards.
