SAT tests hosted by St. Mary's School in Medford that were planned for Saturday have been canceled and rescheduled for Dec. 21.

Eagle Point schools sent kids home one hour early because of the wintry weather.

All Rogue Community College campuses will close at 4 p.m. today, according to college officials.

That includes campuses in Grants Pass, Medford, and White City. The Illinois Valley learning Center in Kerby and the Small Business Development Center in downtown Grants Pass will also close at 4 p.m.

Grants Pass City Hall and the Josephine County Courthouse also closed up early at 2:15 p.m and 2 p.m. respectively.

Students at the Phoenix/Talent, Medford, Ashland, and Central Point school districts will start their weekend early today because of predicted snowfall and hazardous roads.

All three districts announced closures on their respective websites this morning. The Rogue River and Grants Pass school districts also announced closures due to predicted snowfall. Sacred Heart Catholic School, Grace and Cascade Christian schools will be closed, too.

Logos Charter School has canceled ES meetings and campus classes.

All Jackson County Child Development Services are closed. Preschool, therapy, individual and evaluation services are cancelled.

The National Weather Service has called for a winter storm warning today, with significant low elevation snowfall. Dustings have already started showing up on the valley floor.

The Eagle Point School District will remain open except for K-8 in Shady Cove.
