    • Theft — Jordan Allen Stewart, 22, of the 4600 block of Butte Falls Highway, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police Thursday arrested Stewart on a charge of second degree theft. He was booked Thursday into the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.
    • Sex abuse — Peter Anthony Confer, 25, of the 800 block of Stuart Avenue, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Confer on charges of first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree sexual penetration and a parole violation for assaulting a police officer. He was lodged Thursday in jail on $2 million bail.
    • Theft — Pamela Lynn Fowler, 56, of the 500 block of Edwards Street, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Fowler on charges of third-degree theft, fourth-degree assault, third-degree robbery and harassment. She was booked Thursday into jail and released on her own recognizance.
    • Burglary — Ivan Anthony Shane Stolz, 41, of the 1000 block of West Fourth Street, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Stolz on charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree burglary and first-degree theft. He was lodged Thursday in jail on $30,000 bail
    • Drugs — Austin Jaymz Meyer, 19, of the 100 block of Brandon Street, Central Point. Central Point police, Thursday arrested Meyer on a charge of possession of heroin. He was lodged Thursday in jail without bail.
    Crime reports
    • Burglary — 900 block of Garfield Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 5:06 p.m. Thursday of a burglary to a residence during which a tool chest was taken. The loss was valued at $1,200.
    • Theft — 2700 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report at noon Friday of a theft from a motor vehicle during which a welding torch, Milwaukee-brand drill, skill saw and sawzall, miscellaneous hand tools and a digital scale were taken. The loss was valued at $1,955.
