    Theft — Steven Randel Gilkison, 47, of the 400 block of Northeast Anderson Street, Grants Pass. Medford police Monday arrested Gilkison on a charge of second-degree theft. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released after posting bail.
    Burglary — Ryan Daniel Kullrich, 38, of the 14000 block of Harvest Crest Avenue, Bakersfield, Calif. Medford police Tuesday arrested Kullrich on two counts of second-degree burglary and two counts of attempted first-degree theft. He was lodged Tuesday in jail on $100,000 bail.
    Drugs — Roman Dean Salazar, 24, of the 900 block of Grant Avenue, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Salazar on charges of manufacturing heroin, possession of heroin and possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged Tuesday in jail on $60,000 bail.
    Drugs — Clifford James Joseph Mazza, 27, of the 8700 block of Rogue River Highway, Rogue River. Medford police Tuesday arrested Mazza on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged Tuesday in jail without bail.
    Drugs — Landis Sky Bouchardy, 35, of the 11900 block of Antioch Road, White City. Medford police Tuesday arrested Bouchardy on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was booked Tuesday into jail and released on his own recognizance.
    Drugs — Zeus Apolo Guzman-Aguilar, 36, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Guzman-Aguilar on charges of possession of heroin, delivery of heroin, manufacturing heroin, possession of cocaine, delivery of cocaine and manufacturing cocaine. He was lodged Tuesday in jail without bail.
    Drugs — Michael Eugene Potter, 23, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Potter on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of first-degree theft. He was lodged Tuesday in jail on $10,000 bail.
    Crime reports
    Theft — 1400 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report at 10:20 a.m. Monday of a theft of a grey BMX bike and a white and blue Raleigh road bike. The loss was valued at $700.
    Vandalism — 2600 block of Biddle Road, Medford. Medford police took a report at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday of vandalism to a touch-screen display monitor. The loss was valued at $1,000.
