Granulated sugar, for garnish
Ground cinnamon, for garnish
4 to 5 ounces eggnog
1 1/2 to 2 ounces Fireball cinnamon whiskey
Whipped cream, for garnish

In a shallow dish, combine some sugar and cinnamon. Moisten rim of an Irish coffee glass and dip into cinnamon-sugar.

Heat the eggnog or steam with cappuccino wand of an espresso machine. Add the whiskey to glass, along with steamed eggnog and, if using an espresso machine with cappuccino wand, froth mixture. Top with the whipped cream and dust with more cinnamon.

Makes 1 drink.
