  • Granulated sugar, for garnish
    4 to 5 ounces eggnog
    1 ounce Meukow vanilla cognac
    1/2 ounce Belle de Brilliet pear cognac
    Whipped cream, for garnish
    Freshly grated orange zest, for garnish
    Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
    Rim an Irish coffee glass with some of the sugar. Heat the eggnog or steam it with cappuccino wand of an espresso machine. Add the vanilla and pear cognacs to glass and top with steamed eggnog. Top with the whipped cream and garnish with the orange zest and nutmeg.
    Makes 1 drink.
