Granulated sugar, for garnish
4 to 5 ounces hot chocolate of choice
1 ounce UV whipped cream-flavored vodka
1/2 ounce Goldschlager
Whipped cream, for garnish
Ground cinnamon, for garnish
Chocolate sprinkles, for garnish

Rim an Irish coffee glass with some of the sugar. Heat the hot chocolate or steam using cappuccino wand of an espresso machine. Add the Goldschlager and vodka to glass and top with hot chocolate. Add the whipped cream and dust with the cinnamon and chocolate sprinkles.
