  • Thanks for recognition
We at the Medford Rogues wanted to thank the Mail Tribune for voting our inaugural season as the No. 2 sports story of 2013. The hard work of many went into expanding Harry & David Field and starting the Rogues from scratch, and it's very gratifying to see that work rewarded.

  • We at the Medford Rogues wanted to thank the Mail Tribune for voting our inaugural season as the No. 2 sports story of 2013. The hard work of many went into expanding Harry & David Field and starting the Rogues from scratch, and it's very gratifying to see that work rewarded.
The ballpark is a great community treasure and we are very proud of what the Rogues are building. This honor is an affirmation of what we're trying to do and we thank you for that.
We are looking forward to an even better 2014, with more fun, better baseball and more wins. Our goal is to win the West Coast League championship, lead the WCL in attendance and fun and move up one spot in 2014's top sports stories. We hope you'll join us for opening night, May 31, and throughout the summer, as well as for all events at Harry & David Field throughout the year.
Thanks again to the Mail Tribune, your readers and our fans for giving us this great honor. — Chuck Heeman, general manager, Medford Rogues and Harry & David Field
