  • Mike Nolan and Evan Ingram scored two goals apiece and Ingram had three assists as the Fresno Monsters recorded an easy 7-0 win over the Southern Oregon Spartans Saturday in WSHL action at The RRRink.
    Fresno notched three goals in the first period.
    Nolan and Ingram scored all the goals from the second period on for the Pacific Division-leading Monsters (22-4), who outshot the Spartans 46-16 and capped the rout with a short-handed goal by Ingram.
    Goalie Jiri Ponikelsky had 22 saves for the Spartans (9-18), who are last in the Northwest Division.
    Southern Oregon was 0-for-6 on power plays.
