The Jackson County Animal Shelter will host its monthly low-cost vaccination clinic from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, at the shelter, 5595 S. Pacific Highway, Phoenix.

The Jackson County Animal Shelter will host its monthly low-cost vaccination clinic from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, at the shelter, 5595 S. Pacific Highway, Phoenix.

Rabies, parvo, distemper, adeno, parainfluenza and lepto shots will be available for dogs, and rabies and distemper/rhino/calici shots will be available for cats.

Pets must be at least 8 weeks old. They cannot be ill, on antibiotics, in heat or on cortisone products.

Vaccinations cost $10. Only cash payments will be accepted.

Pet nail trims cost an additional $5. Pet owners also can get their animals licensed at the clinic.

No appointment is necessary.
