    • Sex abuse — Thomas Earnest Lunsford, 29, of the 200 block of Cedar Avenue, Butte Falls. Butte Falls police Friday arrested Lunsford on charges of first-degree sexual penetration, second-degree sex abuse, sexual misconduct, sexual delinquency and fourth-degree assault. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $1,018,000 bail.
    • Drugs — Richard Carl George, 43, no known address. Medford police Friday arrested George on charges of possession of oxycodone, unauthorized entry to a motor vehicle and failure to appear on charges of first-degree theft and third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail and released due to overcrowding.
    • Theft — Byron Hays Rogers, 29, no known address. Ashland police Friday arrested Rogers on a charge of first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail and released due to overcrowding.
    • Drugs — Sarah Renee Brown, 22, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested Brown on charges of possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear on charges of possession of methamphetamine and providing false information to a police officer. She was lodged in jail and released due to overcrowding.
    • Drugs, identity theft — Jason Allen McFerrin, 36, of the 2000 block of Rogue River Highway, Gold Hill. Medford police Saturday arrested McFerrin on charges of possession of methamphetamine, second-degree theft, four counts of identity theft and failure to appear on two counts of driving with a suspended license. He was lodged in jail on $78,000 bail.
    • Drugs, theft — Talia Reanne Hamilton, 20, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested Hamilton on charges of possession of methamphetamine and first-degree theft. She was lodged in jail without bail.
    • Burglary — Chad Paul Lynn Hall Sr., 39, of the 500 block of Laurel Street, Central Point. Central Point police Saturday arrested Hall on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree trespassing and second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail on $85,000 bail.
    • Drugs — Reuben Jose Sanchez, 32, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested Sanchez on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail and released due to overcrowding.
    • Drugs — Jacob James McCullough, 25, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested McCullough on charges of possession of heroin and two counts of second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail and released due to overcrowding.
    • Drugs — Tasha Nicole Thatcher, 22, of Grants Pass. Medford police Saturday arrested Thatcher on charges of possession of methamphetamine, third-degree theft and a parole violation for third-degree robbery. She was lodged in jail without bail.
    Crime reports
    Theft — 700 block of Oak Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 2:34 p.m. Friday of a theft from a motor vehicle during which a subwoofer, car stereo amplifier, iPod and three sweatshirts were stolen. The loss was valued at $880.
