"Consider the Conversation: A Documentary on a Taboo Subject" will be shown at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 30, at the Smullin Health Education Center, 2825 E. Barnett Road, Medford.

The free screening and a discussion afterward will be led by Dr. John Forsyth, who has been a longtime leader in Choosing Options Honoring Options, a local organization dedicated to helping people develop advance directives for end-of-life care.

"Consider the Conversation" examines multiple perspectives on end-of-life care and includes information and experiences gathered from interviews with patients, family members, doctors, nurses, clergy, social workers and national experts from around the country.
