CORVALLIS — Deven Hunter scored 16 points and logged 10 rebounds in helping Oregon State get past Washington State, 72-57, on Sunday.
Sydney Wiese added 15, while Ruth Hamblin nabbed 12 rebounds and 13 points for OSU (12-8, 4-4 Pac-12). The Beavers cooled slightly in the second period, but ended the game shooting 48 percent, making 23-of-48 attempts.
Oregon State more than doubled Washington State's first half output, going into the break leading 44-21. The Cougars outscored the Beavers 36-28 in the second half, but not enough to put any kind of dent in OSU's advantage.
Washington State (11-9, 5-3), after starting the conference schedule with a 5-0 record, has lost three in a row and fell to fifth place in the league.

At Eugene, Jillian Alleyne scored 34 points and grabbed 25 rebounds, both season highs, as Oregon completed a home-court sweep of the Washington Pac-12 schools in defeating the Huskies.
Alleyne earned her 17th double-double of the season in the first 15 minutes of play, while Lexi Petersen added 23 points and eight rebounds for the Oregon (11-8, 2-6). The Ducks broke the 100 point scoring mark for its first time in conference play.
