  • This exceptional guide will give you all the tools you need to find qualified, capable and reliable individuals and businesses. These members of the Home Builders Association of Jackson County (HBAJC) actively contribute to the improvement of our community.
This comprehensive guide will assist anyone from minor home improvements, remodel projects, and home repair to the finishing touches of new commercial construction. Please keep this guide handy all year and refer to it frequently. HBAJC is a not for profit trade association consisting of builders, subcontractors, material suppliers, lending institutions, utility companies and many others whose primary interest is the promotion, protection and improvement of the building industry. Our goal is "To serve as a positive voice ensuring and improving the opportunities for home ownership, now and for generations to come, and to extend a helping hand through community outreach."
HBAJC operations are overseen by a volunteer board of directors; all of whom are elected by the HBAJC members, which encompasses all of Jackson County. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the HBAJC staff for their commitment to the members and all their hard work and dedication.
HBAJC is comprised of people and businesses that I am proud to represent. I am particularly proud of the Southern Oregon Spring and Fall Home Shows that give businesses and the public a chance to interact and benefit one another. The organization offers fantastic continuing education, networking and marketing opportunities.
The road to economic recovery has been long and comes with its share of bumps and challenges. I wish each of my fellow members success this year as we each continue to persevere and strive for growth within our companies. Southern Oregon is so fortunate to have such highly qualified options in the home building, remodeling and trade arenas.
Thank you for your support and for considering this guide as your preferred contractors buying guide. I believe you will find what you need within these pages.
For those in the business, if you have not already considered being a member, please contact me, a board member or the HBAJC staff to learn more about the advantages of becoming a member. With membership you are part of the local, the state and the national home builders association; as well as many discounts that can easily pay for the price of membership.
And to our members: Thank you for your trust. I am honored to represent this organization in 2014.
Remember to visit www.hbajc.com for access to information on members, the association and any other questions you may have.
