Felony arrests

  • Drugs — Kenda Lee Leitner, 33, Yreka, Calif. Medford police Monday arrested Leitner on charges of possession of methamphetamine and third-degree theft. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released because of overcrowding.
  • Drugs — David Josiah Warner, 38, of Eugene. Medford police Monday arrested Warner on charges of possession of marijuana and manufacturing marijuana. He was lodged in jail and released because of overcrowding.
  • Impaired driving — Marc Randall Krueger, 57, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Krueger on a charge of felony driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Kevin Edward Ellsworth, 48, of the 500 block of Hamilton Street, Medford. Ellsworth made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court for a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
  • Drugs — Ashley Ann Hunsaker, 22, of the 16000 block of Antioch Road, White City. Medford police Tuesday arrested Hunsaker on charges of possession of methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine and a probation violation for possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Drugs — William Jack Smail, 33, of the 21000 block of Highway 62 in Shady Cove. Medford police Tuesday arrested Smail on charges of possession of methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine and a probation violation for possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Burglary — Mason Alyn McKinney, 20, of the 1000 block of Murray Street, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested McKinney on a charge of first-degree burglary. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Theft — Broc Alan Atkinson, 23, of the 2900 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Atkinson on charges of first-degree theft and failure to appear for third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail without bail.
  • Burglary, theft — Cameron Jordan Gentry, 22, of the 600 block of Darla Mae, Medford. Gentry made his initial appearance Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of first-degree burglary and first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail without bail.

Crime reports

Burglary — 2800 block of Hillcrest Road, Medford. Medford police took a report at 5:04 p.m. Monday of a burglary to a residence, during which miscellaneous jewelry and a .22-caliber revolver were taken. The loss was valued at $960.
