    • Drugs — Heather Marie Michaels, 22, of the 200 block of Chestnut Street, Medford. Medford police Friday arrested Michaels on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
    • Drugs — Willard Copeland Mattson, 63, of the 900 block of Queen Anne Avenue, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Mattson on charges of possession of methamphetamine and driving with a suspended license. He was lodged in jail and released due to overcrowding.
    • Assault — Robert Green Daugherty III, 35, of El Cajon, Calif. Central Point police Saturday arrested Daughtery on charges of third-degree assault, fourth-degree felony assault, first-degree trespassing, harassment, strangulation and contempt of court. He was lodged in jail on $80,000 bail.
    • Assault — Tina Lynn Moehrle, 58, of El Cajon, Calif. Central point police Saturday arrested Moehrle on charges of third-degree assault, harassment and first-degree trespassing. She was lodged in jail on $40,000 bail.
    • Burglary — Dennis Leon Trice, 56, of the 2400 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Trice on charges of first-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault, felony strangulation and menacing. He was lodged in jail on $50,000 bail.
    • Theft — Shaliena M. Newbrough, 27, of the 600 block of North Grape Street, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Newbrough on two counts of first-degree theft. She was lodged in jail on $30,000 bail.
    • Theft — Kevin James Reed, 27, of the 600 block of North Grape Street, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Reed on two counts of first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail without bail.
    Crime reports
    Theft — 1800 block of Corona Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 8:34 a.m. Saturday of a theft of a diamond ring. The loss was valued at $5,000.
