    Yogurt In Love is at the 1,500-square-foot location occupied by a TCBY yogurt shop from the mid-1990s until the mid-2000s next to Senor Sam's.
    Yogurt In Love features 15 flavors of organic and kosher yogurt from Honey Hill Farms of Arkansas
    The franchisee is Don Miller, who once managed the Medford branch of Oregon Bank before going into the restaurant business as an Elmer's operator in Medford and Grants Pass. He later operated The Holiday House in the Rogue Valley Mall. Amanda Hopkins, Miller's granddaughter, manages a five-person staff at the yogurt shop.
    The website for Myrtle Beach, S.C.-based Yogurt In Love lists 18 franchise operations in 14 states. The nearest one to the Rogue Valley is in Lodi, Calif.

    Kaleidoscope Pizza celebrates its 10th year in business Wednesday, Feb. 26, by helping out three local nonprofit agencies.
    The pizza parlor at 3084 Crater Lake Highway will distribute its dine-in food revenue among Court Appointed Special Advocates, Maslow Project and the Southern Oregon Humane Society.
    The hours of operation are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
    Avista Corp. last week declared a quarterly dividend of 31.75 cents per share on the company's common stock, an increase of 1.25 cents per share, yielding an annualized dividend of $1.27. The dividend is payable March 14 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 21.
    It's the 12th straight year the Spokane, Wash-based utility has raised its dividend.
    Oregon Bancorp, Salem-based parent company for Willamette Valley Bank, which operates a mortgage lending office in Medford, reported a profit of $47,801 during the fourth quarter of 2013.
    Oregon Bancorp said its earnings declined 88.2 percent from $405,220 a year earlier.
    Mortgage lender Summit Funding has opened a Medford location, at 3613 Aviation Way, Suite 104.
    Summit Funding is based in Sacramento, Calif., and operates in 18 states. The local office, managed by Guy Giles, is the first for the company between Eugene and Redding, Calif.
    Giles studied criminology at Southern Oregon University and began his financial career with Washington Mutual before it was acquired by JPMorgan Chase Bank. He later worked for Willamette Valley Bank.
