    • Burglary, theft — Dustin John Bell, 39, of the 11000 block of Highway 62 in Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Bell on Wednesday on charges of two counts of second-degree burglary, two counts of first-degree theft and two counts of second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in Jackson County Jail on $80,000 bail.
    • Fugitive — Brian Ray Barbarick, 50, no known address. Rogue River police arrested Barbarick on Friday on a fugitive warrant out of California. He was lodged in jail without bail.
    • Drugs — Anthony William Grant, 29, of the 1100 block of Crest Drive in Central Point. Medford police arrested Grant on Friday on charges of possession of heroin, second-degree trespassing and failure to appear on charges of second-degree burglary, possession of heroin, second-degree criminal mischief, three counts of second-degree theft, seven counts of first-degree theft, six counts of identification theft and two counts of second-degree forgery. He was lodged in jail and released due to overcrowding.
    • Assault — Jimmy Myrle Dixon III, 36, of the 700 block of Upper Applegate Road in Jacksonville. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies arrested Dixon on Friday on charges of fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail on $8,000 bail.
    • Rape — Lotonu Safotu, 22, no known address. Medford police arrested Safotu on Saturday on a charge of first-degree rape. He was lodged in jail on $1 million bail.
    • Drugs — Justin Richard Perez, 26, of the 1500 block of Wiard Street in Klamath Falls. Medford police arrested Perez on Saturday on charges of possession of methamphetamine and carrying a concealed weapon. He was lodged in jail and released after posting bail.
    • Drugs — Jacob Allen Dean Murray, 31, no known address. Medford police arrested Murray on Saturday on charges of possession of a controlled substance, carrying a concealed weapon and an out-of-county warrant for failure to appear on a charge of fourth-degree assault. He was lodged in jail and released after posting bail.
    • Identity theft — Zane Hunter Dale, 27, of the 2700 block of Highway 238 in Jacksonville. Medford police arrested Dale on Saturday on charges of identity theft and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail and released due to overcrowding.
    • Theft — Justin Lee Stout, 36, of the 6200 block of Rogue River Highway in Grants Pass. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies arrested Stout on Saturday on charges of first-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail and released due to overcrowding.
    • Theft — Kelly Rene Mcevilly, 33, of the 2300 block of Bell Court in Medford. Medford police arrested Mcevilly on Saturday on a charge of first-degree theft. She was lodged in jail and released due to overcrowding.
