    PREHISTORIC PREDATORS: Experience life in the Cretaceous Period as life-sized, man-eating dinosaurs watch and hunt in their natural environment, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays at ScienceWorks Hands-on Museum, 1500 E. Main St., Ashland. It's a behind-the-scenes look at the technology that brings model dinosaurs to life and a hands-on interactive adventure into body detection and gesture recognition.     SOU BRASS ENSEMBLE: The Southern Oregon University Brass Ensemble and the Rogue Valley Symphony Brass Quintet will present "The King of Instruments Meets the Instrument of Kings" at 7:30 p.m. at the Music Recital Hall on the Southern Oregon University campus, 1250 Siskiyou Blvd., Ashland.
