SOU THEATER: "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" will be performed at 7 p.m. in the Center Square Theatre in the Theatre Arts Building at Southern Oregon University. The theatrical version of Roald Dahl's children's novel follows Willy Wonka, a mysterious candy maker, who opens the doors of his chocolate factory to five lucky children. Four turn out to be greedy brats, while the other is true-hearted Charlie Bucket. Wonka leads the children through a magical labyrinth of chocolate rivers, giant lollipops and life lessons.
