    • Drugs — Conner Shane Streitler, 20, of the 1300 block of Hawthorne Way, Central Point. Central Point police Thursday arrested Streitler on a charge of possession of heroin. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released due to overcrowding.
    • Drugs — Aryel Lynn Arritola, 18, of the 500 block of Mountain View Drive, Central Point. Central Point police Thursday arrested Arritola on charges of possession of heroin, manufacturing heroin and delivery of heroin. She was lodged in jail and released due to overcrowding.
    • Warrant — Donavan Wayne Satterfield, 23, of the 5100 block of Peace Lane, Central Point. Central Point police Friday arrested Satterfield on a warrant for charges of fourth-degree assault, fourth-degree felony assault, strangulation, felony strangulation, second-degree criminal mischief and harassment. He was lodged in jail and released due to overcrowding.
    • Drugs — Rahmon Basaida Able, 36, of Tacoma, Wash. Able made his initial appearance Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court for charges of possession of marijuana and delivery of marijuana. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
    • Theft — Paula Sue Seitz, 45, of the 400 block of Wards Creek Road, Rogue River. Seitz made her initial appearance Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court for a charge of first-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance.
    • Unauthorized use of a vehicle — John Austin Bratton, 34, of the 300 block of Effie Street, Medford. Medford police Friday arrested Bratton on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail on $15,000 bail.
    • Assault — Laurence Edward Malin, 49, of the 1400 block of Pleasant Street, Medford. Medford police Friday arrested Malin on charges of fourth-degree felony assault, fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail on $12,000 bail.
    Crime reports
    • Burglary — 1300 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 8:22 a.m. Friday of a burglary to a residence during which miscellaneous tools, hoses and welding equipment were taken. The loss was valued at $838.
    • Theft — 400 block of Midway Road, Medford. Medford police took a report at 8 a.m. Friday of a theft from a motor vehicle during which a knee brace, ear phones, GPS unit, shoes, sunglasses, a football, compact disc and a DVD case were taken. The loss was valued at $2,240.
    • Burglary — 2100 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report at 1:46 p.m. Friday of a burglary to a residence during which three computers and a DVD player were taken.
