    • Assault — Kristin Marie Hals, 33, no known address. Eagle Point police Monday arrested Hals on a charges of felony fourth-degree assault and harassment. She was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail on $8,000 bail.
    • Drugs — Anthony Shane Stolz, 41, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Stolz on charges of possession of methamphetamine and for failing to appear on a harassment charge. He was lodged in jail Monday on $13,000 bail.
    • Drugs — Joshua David Smith, 28, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Smith on charges of possession of methamphetamine and for failing to appear on a criminal mischief charge. He was lodged in jail Monday on $13,000 bail.
    • Identity theft — Ramona Marina Delos-Reyes, 19, of the 500 block of Monroe Street, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Delos-Reyes on two counts each of identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and second-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Monday and released on her own recognizance.
    • Drugs — Tommy Roger Snow, 58, of Chehalis, Wash. Snow made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of possession of more than four ounces of marijuana. He was booked Monday in jail and released.
    • Vehicle theft — Julie Nicole Parke, 35, of the 200 block of Tierra Circle, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Parke on a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was lodged Monday in jail and released on her own recognizance.
    • Assault — David Scott Stark, 40, of the 2400 block of Temple Drive, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Stark on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged Monday in jail on $11,000 bail.
    • Theft — Cory Michael Nielsen, 24, of the 2700 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Nielsen on charges of first-degree theft and for violating the condition of his parole on a previous drug conviction. He was lodged in jail Monday without bail.

    • Theft — 1200 block of East Main St., Medford. Medford police took a report at 9:07 a.m. Sunday of the theft of a laptop computer, a electronic note- pad and a cell phone from a vehicle. The loss was valued at $1,400.
    • Vandalism — First block of North Barneburg Road, Medford. Medford police took a report at 10:26 a.m. Sunday of vandalism to a vehicle windshield. The loss was valued at $1,000.
    • Burglary — 3800 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report at 5:39 p.m. Sunday of a burglary to a residence from which prescription medication, an electronic tablet, an electronic scale and a brass marijuana pipe were stolen. The loss was valued at $900.
    • Theft — 1000 block of West 11th Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 9:40 a.m. Monday of the theft of miscellaneous power tools from a residence. The loss was valued at $814.
