    TMTO PRESENTS: Teen Musical Theater of Oregon presents 'Thoroughly Modern Millie," a Tony Award-winning musical about a small-town Kansas girl who moves to New York City during the roaring '20s, when fashion, music and the roles of women and the social scene were rapidly changing. The play opens today at 7:30 p.m. and continues at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 8, at the Craterian Theater, 23 S. Central Ave., Medford.     BRAVA! OPERA THEATER will present British composer Benjamin Britten's 1954 chamber opera "The Turn of the Screw" today at 8 p.m. and at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 9, at the Camelot Theatre, 101 Talent Ave., Talent. Set during the Victorian era, it is a melodramatic thriller based on a ghost story by Henry James.     LAUREL AND HARDY MOVIES: Two movies will play starting at 6:30 p.m. in Old City Hall, 205 W. Main St., Jacksonville. In the 1933 short film "Dirty Work," Laurel and Hardy star as chimney sweeps who reduce the home of a mad scientist to shambles. In the 1933 comedy "The Devil's Brother," the pair star as wannabe bandits.
