Lori McQuaid, 41, of the 2500 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, attacked the 52-year-old victim less than a month after attacking an Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center nurse with an office phone, a Medford police news release said.
The 52-year-old victim was sent Wednesday to RRMC, where she was treated with stitches and released the same day, the news release said.
McQuaid was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on charges of second- and third-degree assault, jail records show. Her bail was set at $1.03 million.
According to the news release, McQuaid was lodged in jail on Feb. 18 on charges of attempted second-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and second-degree criminal mischief for assaulting an Asante nurse working in the psychiatric care unit of the hospital with an office phone.
McQuaid pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released from jail on Feb. 19, but ordered to comply with mental health counseling, court records show.
