    Branch manager Mark Wauge oversees a staff of four lenders and a support staff, who moved to 830 Alder Creek Dr., Suite B, in 2011.
    Banc Home Loans is a unit of Irvine-based Banc of California, which has more than $3.5 billion in assets. Banc of California — then known as First PacTrust — acquired Mission Hills Mortgage Bankers in 2012 for $17 million.
    The local office, founded in the early 1990s, provides direct lending through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae. It was previously a depository institution under Gateway Business Bank and continues in the same FDIC-insured capacity.
