  • Sacred Heart Catholic Church, corner of 10th Street and Oakdale Avenue, will hold a Stations of the Cross service at 5:30 p.m. Fridays during Lent. A soup supper will follow in the hall. Call 541-779-4661.
    The Rev. Michael Hanley of Portland, bishop of Western Oregon, will officiate services at St. Mark's Episcopal Church at 8 and 10 a.m. Sunday, March 16, at 140 N. Oakdale Ave., Medford. Baptisms and associated rites of confirmation, reception and reaffirmation will be held, and the bishop will meet with the church vestry at 11:30 a.m. Sunday.
    A morning Bible study group will meet at 9:45 a.m. Monday, March 17, at the church. A men's Bible study group will meet at 11 a.m. Monday in the parish hall. The Worship Commission will meet at 3 p.m. Monday at Hafer House, adjacent to the church.
    The church's regular monthly meeting will be 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, in the parish hall.

    The church will hold "Living the Questions 2.0" study services at 7 p.m. Mondays and 11 a.m. Tuesdays until Easter. The service seeks to be an open-minded alternative to traditional Bible studies.
    As a program of the church's Health Ministry Team, Dr. John Forsyth will speak on end-of-life care at 11:45 a.m. Sunday, March 23, in the church social hall.
