  • CORVALLIS — For the fourth time in six years, Oregon State will participate in the College Basketball Invitational.
The 16-team CBI field was released after the NCAA tournament and National Invitation Tournament brackets had been unveiled Sunday night. The Beavers will host Radford on Wednesday. Tipoff time has yet to be announced.
OSU is the only Pac-12 team participating in the CBI this year. If it beats the Highlanders, it will play the winner of South Dakota State-Old Dominion next Monday.
OSU, a year removed from a 0-18 Pac-12 campaign at the time, won the CBI in 2009. It exited in the first round the following year, and it fell to Washington State in the semifinal in 2012.
