    • Identity theft — Sara Justine Mallindine, 34, of the 1000 block of Willowdale Avenue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Mallindine on charges of identity theft, second-degree theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and second-degree forgery. She was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail without bail.
    • Drugs — Haley Renee Keller, 22, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Keller on charges of possession of methamphetamine and second-degree theft along with warrants for failing to appear on previous drug and theft cases. She was lodged in jail Monday on $80,000 bail.
    • Drugs — Tina Marie Sandoval, 48, of the 400 block of North Ivy Street, Medford. Sandoval made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was booked into jail Monday and released.
    • Drunken driving — Patrick Vincent Davis, 44, of the 1500 block of North Second Avenue, Gold Hill. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Davis on charges of felony driving under the influence of intoxicants, resisting arrest and driving while suspended. He was lodged in jail Monday without bail.
    • Assault — John Joseph Murphy, 31, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Murphy on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail Monday and released after posting bail.
    • Assault — Bernardo Almarez Valleza, 28, of the 2900 block of Stacie Way, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Valleza on charges of third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, endangering the welfare of a minor and harassment. He was lodged in jail Monday and later released on his own recognizance.
    • Drugs — Ashley Ray Roundtree, 30, of the 7700 block of Bellaire Way, White City. Medford police Monday arrested Roundtree on charges of possession of methamphetamine, third-degree theft and for failing to appear on several drug warrants, She was lodged in jail Monday on $32,000 bail.
    • Theft — Tyler Carter Culbertson, 27, of the 500 block of Teakwood Drive, Eagle Point. Culbertson made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on four counts of first-degree theft. He was booked into jail Monday and released.
    • Drugs — Alan James Snyder, 24, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Snyder on charges of possession of heroin and for violating the conditions of his probation on a past criminal mistreatment conviction. He was lodged in jail Monday without bail.
