    GUITAR STARS: They may not be Keith Richards, but members of the Jefferson Classical Guitar Society can get in some good licks of their own. They'll meet from 6 to 8 p.m. at Paschal Winery, 1122 Suncrest Road, Talent. The society's meetings are open to guitar players of all levels who appreciate classical guitar techniques and repertoire.     SHE'S JUST FIDDLING AROUND: The Katie McNally Band will perform at 7:30 p.m. at Headwaters, 84 Fourth St., Ashland. Boston-based fiddler Katie McNally and her band, featuring Ryan McKasson on viola and pianist Neil Pearlman, will perform tunes from the Scottish and Cape Breton traditions.
