    In early observance of Earth Day, Rev. Kurt Katzmar will give a sermon about the religious history of the sun and the need for clean energy sources, at 10 a.m. Sunday, April 6, at Medford Congregational United Church of Christ, 1801 E. Jackson St.
    Following the service will be an opportunity to make posters to be displayed at the Clean Energy Day event May 4 at the Medford Commons. Sunday services begin with contemplative prayer at 9 a.m. Children's church school and nursery care are offered during the 10 a.m. worship service.
