  • Tim Johnson, Eric Foster and J.R. Wheeler have joined the ACCESS board.
    Johnson is a member of the Rogue Community College board, a volunteer firefighter/EMT, and a member of his Rotary Foundation board.
    He recently finished eight years as a volunteer chaplain at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center. He serves as public information officer during wildfire season.
    He is a former California Regional Water Quality Control Board member and served on the executive committee of the Southern California Council of Governments.
    Eric Foster is a partner at Foster Denman law firm and a member of the Oregon and Washington bars.
    He earned law degrees from the University of Oregon School of Law and the University of Washington.
    He served as Jackson County Bar Association president and served on the Oregon State Bar Joint CPA Committee, the Oregon State Client Security Fund Committee and the Estate Planning and Administration Section Executive Committee.
    Wheeler is a commercial banker at Wells Fargo Bank. He has served as a sports marketing assistant at the University of Oregon and sports manager for Special Olympics of Northern California.

    Rogue Credit Union has elevated Blake Thurman to chief financial officer. He has been finance director since May 2013.
    Prior to joining Rogue, Thurman was vice president and treasurer with PremierWest for two years. Prior to that he was vice president and controller with Home Federal Bank for six years in Nampa, Idaho.
    He also did a stint with accounting firm Deloitte in Portland.
    Thurman has a master's degree in accounting from Brigham Young University.
