    RAILROAD PARK: Visitors of all ages can ride on steam and diesel trains and motorcars, and kids can ride Thomas and Percy trains and the Hogwarts Express from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Medford Railroad Park, at Table Rock Road and Berrydale Avenue. An antique telegraph service and exhibits of full-sized and miniature trains, model-railroad layouts and historical railroad equipment also are available. In conjunction with the Southern Oregon Historical Society exhibit "Far Out — Southern Oregon in the 1960s," there will be a photo series on Southern Pacific railroading in the archives building.     BRAVA! OPERA: Baritone Jamez McCorkle, winner of Brava! Opera Theater's and James M.     STARS ON STAGE: CELEBRATING STATE SOLOISTS: Twenty students from Jackson County high schools — who will compete at the Oregon Music Education Association's State Solo Contest in early May at Lewis and Clark College — will showcase solos for vocals, wind instruments, strings and piano at 7 p.m. at the Craterian Theater, 23 S.     CRAIG CHAQUICO & FRIENDS will play at 8 p.m. today and Monday at the Camelot Theatre, 101 Talent Ave., Talent. Singer, songwriter and guitarist Chaquico, of Jefferson Starship and Starship fame, brings his newest band — vocalist Shae Johnson, bassist Jim Reitzel, keyboard player Mark Thomas and drummer Wade Olson. The group will showcase covers and music written by Chaquico for the Starship bands.
