Buttercloud Bakery & Cafe will be open seven days a week, beginning Monday.
The eatery at 310 Genessee St., in Medford, was opened by Ellen and Gibson Holub in late 2011.
"We were originally closed on Mondays because in the beginning it was just my wife and myself working, and we needed at least one day off to rest and recuperate," said Gibson Holub.
During the past 21/2 years, he said, customers requested Monday hours.
Now that the staff has grown to nine, he said, that request can be accommodated.
Buttercloud is open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday.
The telephone number is 541-973-2336
