    • Drugs — Haley Renee Keller, 23, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Keller on charges of possession of heroin, third-degree theft and failure to appear for charges of second-degree theft, two counts of possession of heroin, two counts of possession of methamphetamine and two counts of third-degree theft. She was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance.
    • Drugs — Ozzie Olearie Allen, 24, of the 700 block of Diamond Street, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Allen on charges of possession of heroin, delivery of heroin and manufacturing heroin. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance.
    • Drugs — Richard Harold Churchill, 31, of the 600 block of Benson Street, Medford. Medford police Wednesday arrested Churchill on charges of possession of methamphetamine, driving with a suspended license and failure to appear on charges of possession of methamphetamine and two counts of driving with a suspended license. He was lodged in jail on $15,000 bail.
    • Sex abuse — Luke Smith, 20, of the 1000 block of Henry Street, Ashland. Ashland police Wednesday arrested Smith on charges of first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree sexual penetration and first-degree sodomy. He was lodged in jail on $3 million bail.
    • Drugs — Aaron Keith Chambers, 31, of the 600 block of Beatty Street, Medford. Medford police Wednesday arrested Chambers on charges of possession of methamphetamine and attempted second-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
    Crime reports
    • Theft — 2600 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 6:53 p.m. Tuesday of a theft of miscellaneous clothes and perfume. The loss was valued at $2,545.
    • Theft — 1000 block of Terminal Loop Parkway, Medford. Medford police took a report at 11:49 a.m. Wednesday of a theft of two windows, two large mirrors and a urinal. The loss was valued at $5,500.
