    A 'LITTLE SHOP' of laughs is open for business at 8 p.m. at Southern Oregon University's Center Stage Theatre in the Theatre Arts Building, 1250 Siskiyou Blvd., Ashland. Michael J. Hume directs "Little Shop of Horrors," a musical based on the campy horror film about a man-eating plant that dominates the life of a nebbish flower-shop employee and his girlfriend.     IF NEIL SIMON is more to your liking, "Lost in Yonkers" is playing at 8 p.m. at Camelot Theatre in Talent. The Pulitzer- and Tony-award winning memory play, set in 1942, follows the antics of brothers Jay and Arty, who must contend with stern Grandma Kurnitz, mentally challenged Bella, Bella's hoodlum brother Louie and a strange new world called Yonkers when their father deposits them on their grandmother's doorstep.     CELEBRATE AVIATION in Ashland when the Ashland Municipal Airport holds its 67th anniversary open house from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 403 Dead Indian Memorial Road.
