    WILD ROGUE PRO RODEO: Some of the biggest names on the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association circuit will be at The Expo in Central Point this weekend, with lots of fun things for everybody in the family, including steer wrestling, saddle bronc, bull riding, barrel racing, bareback riding, tie-down roping, team roping and mutton busting. Announcer Will Rasmussen will call events, while five-time Northwest Clown of the Year JJ Harrison will provide comic relief. The rodeo starts at 7 tonight and runs through Saturday. Adults can enjoy saloon-style beverages and socialize in the outdoor Rogue Saloon while watching the action on four large televisions.     CHARMAINE NEVILLE: The New Orleans vocalist, daughter of sax player Charles Neville, will be joined by drummer Dave McClure, bassist Jeff Addicott, guitarist Paul Turnipseed, Brent Olstand on keys, sax players Kent Heyward and Peter Spring and others for a concert of blues, jazz, funk and pop, at 7:30 p.m. at Temple Emek Shalom, 1800 E. Main St., Ashland. Admission costs $10, and all proceeds will benefit The Steven Spring Foundation, as Ashland-based nonprofit to aide New Orleans musicians. There will be plenty of room to dance.     JAZZ VOCALIST ILA SELINE and Elvis impersonator Clint Ingbretson will perform a variety show titled "One Night Only" at 8 p.m. Friday at the Randall Theatre Company, 10 E. Third St., Medford.
