Mr. Talley was on trial in Jackson County Circuit Court before a 12-person jury on Tuesday and Wednesday.
He was found not guilty of rape and kidnapping charges.
When he was arrested in July, Talley was charged with first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping, second-degree kidnapping and second-degree criminal mischief, and he had an out-of-county warrant for violating the conditions of his probation from a past coercion conviction.
In last week's trial, the Jackson County District Attorney's office pursued charges against Talley of first-degree rape, second-degree sexual abuse, two counts of first-degree kidnapping and two counts of second-degree kidnapping.
He was acquitted of all charges.
In her testimony, the woman claiming to have been raped by Talley said he forced her into his truck and drove her to a public bathroom at Colver Field in Talent where they had sex despite her saying "no" multiple times.
The two had been dating for months prior to the incident, despite Talley being married to the victim's cousin.
