Felony arrests

  • Drugs, Failure to register — Stevie Arta Workman Jr., 23, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Workman on charges of possession of methamphetamine, failure to register as a sex offender and a parole violation. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $40,000 bail.
  • Drugs — Kimberly LeeAnn Herring, 25, no known address. Central Point police Sunday arrested Herring on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in Jackson County Jail.
  • Drugs — Donnella Debora Dorothy Ellis, 39, 200 block of De Barr Avenue, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Ellis on charges of possession of methamphetamine, failure to appear in court on a charge of identity theft and failure to appear in court on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance.
  • Drugs — Ashley Lynn Johansen, 29, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Johansen on a charges of possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear in court on a theft charge. She was lodged in Jackson County Jail on $3,000 bail.

Crime reports

  • Theft — 200 block of De Barr Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 11:08 a.m. Saturday of a theft of tools from a home. The loss was valued at $1,060.
  • Theft — 400 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 3:35 p.m. Saturday of a theft of two rifles, one pistol and ammunition from a vehicle. The loss was valued at $2,570.
  • Theft — 1700 block of Easy Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 9:23 a.m. Sunday of a theft of an amplifier, speakers, iPod, stereo and shoes from a vehicle. The loss was valued at $800.
