    WINDOWS IN TIME: Pat Acklin will talk about "The Square Mile Project: Geography and History of Southern Oregon" at noon at the Ashland library, 410 Siskiyou Blvd. Acklin will relate how students took a square mile of Jackson County land and studied it in extreme depth, including geography, land-use planning and environmental studies.     CALLE GUANAJUATO RIBBON-CUTTING CEREMONY: Sweet Talk will perform traditional Mexican songs while Ballet Folklorico Ritmo Alegre will present traditional Mexican folk dances.
