    • Drugs — Steven Joseph Potter, 50, of Yreka, Calif. Medford police Monday arrested Potter on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance.
    • Drugs — Robin Carla Moran, 50, of Yreka, Calif. Medford police Monday arrested Moran on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in the jail and released on her own recognizance.
    • Theft — Ricki James Loftis, 19, of the 2200 block of Sunburst Court, Medford. Central Point police Monday arrested Loftis on two charges of first-degree theft and one charge of second-degree theft. He was lodged in the jail and released on his own recognizance.
    • Drugs, theft — Scott Michael DeHass, 43, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested DeHass on charges of possession of methamphetamine and third-degree theft. He was lodged in the jail and released on his own recognizance.
    • Drugs, resisting arrest — Richard Moore Smith III, 31, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Smith on charges of possession of methamphetamine, driving while suspended, resisting arrest, attempting to elude police on foot and in a vehicle and third-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in the jail on $33,000 bail.
    • Drugs — Levi Michael Jonathan Wear, 27, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Wear on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation. He was lodged in the jail on $10,000 bail.

    • Theft — 2300 block of Kamerin Lane, Medford. Medford police took a report at 6:48 p.m. Sunday of a theft of clothing. The loss was valued at $1,780.
    • Theft — 100 block of De Hague Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 8:40 p.m. Sunday of a theft of two bicycles. The loss was valued at $800.
    • Theft — 1000 block of Jasper Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 3:36 p.m. Monday of a theft of tools and equipment. The loss was valued at $1,000.
