Oregon flags lowered for school shooting victims

PORTLAND, Ore. — Flags at public institutions in Oregon are flying at half-staff Tuesday in memory of two young men killed in school shootings.

Gov. John Kitzhaber ordered flags lowered to stand with the family and friends of 19-year-old Paul Lee, who was killed at Seattle Pacific University June 5, and 14-year-old Emilion Hoffman, who was killed last Tuesday at Troutdale's Reynolds High School.
